The method used is a normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approach. results this study indicate supervision funds needed increase role development coordinate community leaders. Because when many leaders supervise, it better for Village Government not abuse positions KKN implementation because tempt officials do wrong. should be involved since planning or deliberation hamlet/village, deliberations (musrenbangdes) so direction according priorities monitoring process. Thus task supervising run smoothly, build prosperous without corruption, collusion nepotism.
